GYEON Discovery Day x WAX-IT

Saturday, May 3rd, all car care and GYEON enthusiasts were invited to WAX-IT for a hands-on, full-day event in partnership with GYEON Belgium. The GYEON Discovery Day featured live detailing demos, expert-led sessions, and interactive activities designed for both professionals and passionate DIYers. The day was packed with highlights such as:

• G-WASH Try-Out with expert guidance
• Live PPF and coating demonstrations by certified professionals, including a full live application by Anton (Rooselaer Carstyling) and Stef Bijnen (GYEON PPF Ambassador)
• Advanced coating techniques demonstrated by GYEON Certified Detailers Tim Saey (Car Detailing Corner) and Yannick (YLR Car Care)
• Workshops covering topics like starting a detailing business, mobile detailing success, digital marketing, and more

Attendees had the chance to hear from Bert Himpe, Founder of WAX-IT and GYEON Brand Hero, as he shared valuable insights into launching and running a successful detailing business. In the Vehicle Protection session, GYEON Brand Ambassador Yves Heylen covered comprehensive car care from wheels to windows, engine to interior. For those curious about coating technologies, Karel led a session on the capabilities and limitations of car coatings, helping detailers and clients alike understand the various types of protection available. To wrap up the day, the “Master the Motorcycle Wash” session with Yannick showcased professional techniques for safely and effectively washing bikes.
